Chad used to work at Maine Oxy in Auburn and every once in a while I would bake cookies or something and bring them to him and the men that worked with him.

One of their favorite things was my lasagna. Well, they were asking for it again and a few of you who saw the post on Facebook want the recipe, too.

So here it is!

You will need:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 pound chicken
1 pound sausage
3 cans Hunts spaghetti sauce (Your choice of flavor)
1 package of lasagna noodles
2 (16 ounce) cottage cheese
2 pints part-skim ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of oregano

Par boil the chicken and cut up into small pieces. Boil the sausage and cut up into small pieces. Brown the pork and the beef. Put it all in a HUGE bowl and add the 3 jars of spaghetti sauce.

In another HUGE bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, oregano, eggs and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of your BIGGEST pan. Then noodles. Then the cheese mixture. Then mozzarella cheese. Repeat for as much as you have until it's gone.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Take it out and put on a layer of mozzarella cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.

DING! It's done....AND it's yummy!
