Sharon’s Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

I saw this on Facebook last week and it LOOKED delicious!

I am no Julia Child…but I try hard!

And try I did! And I THINK it was a success!

Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

2 large eggs
6 Tablespoons of olive oil
salt & pepper
4 center cut pork chops
1 cup of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
3/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

In order in a row:

In one pie plate put the Parmesan cheese.
In another, the whisked eggs.
In the last, the breadcrumbs.

Salt and pepper the pork chop.
Dip the pork chop in the cheese. Press down so it stays.
Then dip it in the egg.
Then dip it in the breadcrumbs.

Put the oil in a pan and heat to medium. Cook til golden brown (About 6 minutes per side) or til the temperature inside reaches 150 degrees.

They are, if I do say so myself, DELICIOUS!
