Summer Concert Recap

What a great summer it has been for Maine country music fans! I know summer doesn't start until June, but the season of country concerts started in May with Dierks Bentley and the  Eli Young Band rocking the Augusta Civic Center!

The Bangor Waterfront Pavillion brought in several shows over the summer, starting Memorial Day weekend with the 'Country Throwdown Tour' with Gary Allan and Justin Moore. Then in June, it was the Zac Brown Band, July it was Rascal Flatts with Little Big Town and the summer ended with a bang with Keith Urban and David Nail on September 1st and Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan on September 2nd!

There was also Mary Chapin-Carpenter at the Waterville Opera House on September 12 and we had a great summer with local bands during 'Waterfront Wednesday' at Waterfront Park in Augusta. To sum it up short and sweet, WHAT A SUMMER! Which shows did you go to? What did you think? What country artists would you like to come to Maine?
