A few weeks ago, it was looking like the Cumberland County Civic Center and Time Warner Cable might not reach an agreement to air the Class A High Basketball Championship games on  Maine Public Broadcasting Network. The dispute centered around Time Warner's cable link in the civic center, which was removed during the civic center renovations.

The Portland Pirates and Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland, ME have announced a new lease agreement. The lease deal, announced at a press conference today (Feb. 4), resolves an ongoing dispute between the Pirates and the civic center.
