Mensa, where the only qualification is to have a high I.Q., 132 or above, first formed in England in 1946 by British scientist and lawyer Dr. Lance Ware and Australian lawyer Roland Berrill. Race, Creed or Country of origin didn’t matter as long as you had a high I.Q., you were in. On May 10, 1971, the American MENSA society formed in New York.
