The Saturday, March 23, is a global event where everyone on Earth can help conserve energy, Earth Hour. It’s easy to participate, all you have to do is turn off your lights for one hour between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Millions of people around the world will turn their lights off in homes, office and government buildings, to celebrate Earth Hour, and have been doing so since 2007, the first year of the event.
