Plenty of Things to Do in the Month of June Around Maine

There are a lot of fun events on the way in the month of June in Maine starting with the B98.5 ‘Bee a Country Star’ at T & B’s Outback Tavern in Waterville. It’s the ultimate karaoke contest (more info on our web site at b985.fm) the finals will be at the Whatever Family Festival at Capital Park in Augusta June 29th. The Festival runs from June 19th to July 4th.

3rd Annual Swine & Stein Oktoberfest In Gardiner

It's the 3rd annual Swine & Stein Oktoberfest in downtown Gardiner this Saturday,October 13th. Water Street in historic downtown Gardiner will be alive with Maine bands performing. There'll be beer tasting from great local Maine Brewers. Enjoy local pork products that will be smoked, stuffed and sauteed.

As summer winds down and fall arrives, you certainly can feel that chill in the morning air and the hint of the leaves starting to change colors. The kids are back in school and weekends are even that more important to take time with the family and this Saturday is Open Lighthouse Day in Maine.
