Community Auditions, a television show that tapes its episodes at the Hard Rock Cafe at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, has selected Chad Hood of Clinton for its next competition.

Hood, founder and lead singer of modern country band, Cold Blue Steel, will be taping the show on September 30. He sent in his application to be on the show 6 months ago and in a surprise email was selected. "Everything was moving so fast! They needed all the material in one day. If you don't send it on time, you lose your spot."
