In an amazing feat, runner Kim Allan from New Zealand ran 300 miles without taking a break or taking a nap. She was out to break the record of 302 miles and she did running 310 miles in 86 hours and 11 minutes.

KG, as we that KNOW him call him, will be playing against the...wait for it...LAKERS (of course) as he goes for a milestone that hasn't been reached by very many. In fact, only 15 others have managed that feat.

It’s an official Guinness Book of World Records message in a bottle found in the ocean.  Fisherman Andrew Leaper found a bottle in the seas around Scotland that was set adrift in 1914. A world record was confirmed for the item being the oldest message in  bottle ever recovered.  It seems the bottle was released in 1914 as part of a government experiment to map undercurrents around Scotland.
