American fans of Sugarland star Kristian Bush's solo material have been begging him to release 'Love or Money' at iTunes, and he's been paying attention. Thursday's (Oct. 10) release will be his first official release as a solo artist since ... umm, maybe ever?

Fear not, Sugarland fans: Even though Kristian Bush and Jennifer Nettles both have solo projects going on, the duo isn't breaking up.

The company that provided insurance for the equipment used by Sugarland and Sara Bareilles at the Indiana State Fair in August 2011 is suing the state and several others for damages. The lawsuit seeks monetary compensation to cover equipment harmed during the and after the stage collapse.

Approximately 60 people affected by the stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair two years ago will get their day in court this winter. A trial date has been set for those looking to hold Sugarland and the companies responsible for building the stage accountable.
