Bruce Dyke is organizing the event for the Wilton Fish & Game Association. Dyke tells the Lewiston Sun-Journal that he suggested and volunteered to organize the event. It will cost $5 an entry, with the winner guessing the closest month, day, hour and minute for ice out on Wilson Lake. The prize is $100.
