Taste Test: Dairy Queen Iced Coffee

A few weeks ago I heard that Dairy Queen has iced coffee, I admit that I let out a little woo-hoo, when I heard the news. Our intern Jen and I made our way over to Dairy Queen and try an iced coffee.

Dairy Queen has a happy hour weekdays from 2 to 5 pm. with a small iced coffee for one-dollar. It was very small and we did wait a while to get the iced coffee's and unfortunately it was not worth the wait.

The iced coffee was very sweet and it tasted a little 'off'. They come in plain, vanilla, salted caramel, mocha, and cappuccino. Jen and I both went with the vanilla. I guess getting iced coffee at an ice cream place is like getting a hamburger at a lobster shack.

I might give the plain a try, but I still love Dairy Queen's ice cream!
