Taylor Swift has assembled an all-star "band" to join her when she performs at the 2013 CMA Awards on Nov. 6, and it's quite an impressive cast of musicians.

Alison Krauss, Vince Gill, Sam Bush, bassist Edgar Meyer and percussionist Eric Carken will partner with Swift for a CMAs version of 'Red,' the title track from her latest and greatest album, the AP reports.

There are no further details regarding how things will play out, but that just means you have to tune in and watch -- it sounds like it'll be another "can't miss" performance courtesy of Swift. While the starlet is often criticized for crossing over into the pop world, she is keeping her heels firmly planted in the country genre she calls home by inviting the likes of Krauss and Gill to team up with her.

Swift is up for a total of six awards, including Entertainer of the Year, at the ceremony, which airs on ABC at 8PM on Nov. 6. That, combined with the cast of musicians she has assembled to play with her, ensures it will be a night to remember for the 'Tim McGraw' hitmaker.
