The B98.5, Maine Army National Guard annual Tanksgiving food drive starts on Monday, Nov. 3 and runs until Nov. 7. This is the time of year we are asking for donations of non-perishable food to help those in our community. All the food donated to the Tanksgiving food drive stays right here in the community.

This is the 14th year the Bee and Guard have joined forces to bring help for those in need and it’s because of your generous donations we are able to help our friends and neighbors. Join Randy McCoy at the tank at Camp Keys in Augusta as he is there all week. You can bring food by the tank anytime, but we will also be at grocery stores to collect food.

Look for B98.5’s Sarah Dyer, Andy Capwell and Mike Poulin to be broadcasting live from locations at different times during the day.

Monday through Thursday the Maine, Army National Guard will be collecting food from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Monday, November 3rd: Walmart in Augusta and Shaw’s in Waterville.
  • Tuesday, November 4th: Goggins IGA in Randolph and George’s Banana Stand in Skowhegan.
  • Wednesday, November 5th: Shaw’s in Augusta and Shaw’s in Waterville.
  • Thursday, November 6th: Walmart in Augusta and Walmart in Farmington.
  • Friday, November 7th: Any last minute donations can be brought by the take at Camp Keys until 7 a.m.

Thank you ahead of time for you donations to the 14th annual Tanksgiving food drive.
