The Detroit Auto Show starts today and will go until January 27th. Automakers will unveil new models of cars that will be coming to a dealership near you. The auto show is known for showing what new technology is being incorporated into new vehicles. Everything from making cars, trucks and crossovers more fuel efficient, to technology that just is there to wow you! This year, one of the most buzzed about cars at the Detroit Auto Show, is the new Corvette Stingray. The icon Chevrolet brand and the Stingray edition of it, was first introduced in 1963 and last used in 1976. Ford has been successful with the retro return of the Mustang. Dodge has had success with the return of their muscle car brand the 'Challenger' and Chevrolet has had success of the retro return of the Camaro. While, the Corvette has been around since 1953, the Stingray brand of it, hasn't been made since 1976 and this new Corvette has a retro feel with plenty of modern technology.

That got me to thinking, what would be your dream car? Would you go for a muscle car? Luxury? A truck? It sure is fun to think about! Growing up as a teenager in the late 70's and early 80's, I always wanted a Monte Carlo. I never did own one. The closest I came was my 1989 Pontiac Firebird Formula. It's good to dream!
