Although Nashville trio the Farm are the newcomers to the country music scene, they are making an impact not only in the entertainment industry, but also in the lives of random strangers. The band recently bought the groceries of several grocery store shoppers, bringing the phrase ‘be grateful’ to a whole new life.
The trio visited Albany’s WGNA, and after promoting their song ‘Be Grateful,’ they headed out to several local business, including a grocery store, where they graciously paid for the groceries of several unsuspecting shoppers.
“We’re here to try and pay it forward a little bit. We have a lot of blessings in our life, and our song is about counting your blessings, so we’re going to sneak into this grocery store and see if we can buy some people some groceries,” band member Nick Hoffman shared. The ‘Home Sweet Home’ hitmakers certainly have a lot to be grateful for and excited about, as their debut album was a promise of good things to come.
After the Farm began paying it forward, other shoppers began paying it forward as well, giving each other money — and even fortune cookies. It goes to show that random acts of kindness are contagious!
