Known as the Full Cold Moon, the last full moon of 2015 will rise on Christmas for the first time since 1977.  So, if you are younger than 38 this will be your first time experiencing a full moon on December 25th at 6:11 a.m. according to the Farmer's Almanac .

It won't happen again until 2034.  So for all those getting telescopes or cameras for Christmas, this is the perfect opportunity to take a moment and experience this rare moment.
