According to a recent survey by Health care giant Accenture things are about to change in a pretty drastic way fairly soon. Driven by millennial and Gen Z consumers, non-traditional care models, such as retail clinics, virtual and digital self services are the future.
Consumers today are changing, and their expectations for convenience, affordability and quality are redefining how they engage at each stage of care. Younger consumers are not satisfied with healthcare’s status quo and all generations are more willing to try non-traditional services.
