With internet sites like Pinterest, it certainly makes being a creative mom easy.  Run out of ideas for crockpot dinners...go to the internet.  Looking for a crafty project for the kids...go to the internet.  What oh what do I do with my elf tonight...go to the internet.  Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm an electronic hoarder!  There is no cure and I'm OK with that.

A new pin I've seen popping up everywhere is microwaveable fudge.  Now, I've never made fudge before, but sure do love it.  I have seen things like this before and it is always way too good to be true.  Certainly, things like fudge require much more time than just nuking it in the microwave.  OK, so I had to try it out...for the kids sake.

This recipe asked for 3 cups of chocolate chips, a can of condensed milk and 1/4 cup of butter.  Microwave together for 3 minutes.  Stir until smooth.  Put in pan lined with wax paper (paper sprayed with Pam).  Put in fridge. That's it.  Let me tell you, that was as easy as it sounds.  How did it taste?  Ah-Mazing!!  No seriously.  It was really really good.  The kids came home from school to homemade fudge, that took me 5 minutes total to make...10 if you include washing the dishes.  I'm the coolest mom in the world!  (Their words...not mine)
