conducted a survey of nearly 4,000 full time workers and found most are satisfied with their jobs while 1 in 4 plan to seek other employment in 2013. As far as ‘how important is a job title,’ it seems to be of little importance. That raked below things that are most important to workers like, flexible schedule, making a difference and work from home. Even a company car was more important than a title.

Workers say more perks at the office would make for a better work environment. Things wanted include half-day Fridays, catered lunches, a nap room, a snack cart and on-site daycare. When asked if they could have only one perk that would improve employee morale a majority said it would be early dismissal or ‘half-day Fridays.’
