The Question: Will There Be A State Of The State Address Or Not? [VIDEO]

MSNBC host, Rachel Maddow, and her staff reached out to Gov. LePage's office regarding his recent comments about not delivering a State of the State Address in person.  But instead, providing it in writing and going about his usual business.  The interaction between both MSNBC and LePage's staff is just too comical not to share.

So, I'm curious now.  Will there be a State of the State?
