The SUPER Run…..Fwooosh!!

Be a hero!  Help a cause!  Join the run!  We had the Boys & Girls Club for Teens in the studio during the Morning Buzz to talk about the wonderful fundraiser.

The Boys & Girls Club will be having The Super Run tomorrow at Capitol Park in Augusta.  Registration and check-in will start at 8:30am.  There will be a 1k for children starting at 10am.  The 5k will start at 10:30am.  Registration includes an authentic superhero cape!!

The club, along with local organizations help raise awareness and funds for their causes,, making everyone that registers a real life superhero.  The Girl Scouts will be on hand doing face painting.  Darling's will have their photo booth on hand to capture those epic superhero poses.

The Boys & Girls Club offers a wide range of activities, positive adult role models and nationally recognized programming to inspire and enable young people to realize their full potential.
