I found a list on onlyinyourstate.com, that has a list of 15 Amazing Things People In Maine Just Can't Live Without. It was a good list, but I wanted to make my own list and have you add to it. So, here's what I have got.

1. Campfires, bonfires, etc. What Mainer doesn't love a good old fashion campfire or bonfire. It's an essential part of being from Maine.

2. Bean Boots: A solid pair of L.L. Bean boots that last a lifetime and take us anywhere our feet take us to explore the rugged Maine terrain.

3. Warm hats and gloves: It kind of ties with the boots, Mainers need a go to warm hat and gloves.

4. Camp: Either your own camp or a good friend who has a camp. Mainers spending time at a camp is our way of recharging our batteries.

5. Lobster. Yes, it's a huge tourist attraction, but admit it, most Mainers love a lobster roll in the middle of summer.

6. Wood Stoves: Not all Maine homes have one, but I'll venture to say that Maine must be near the top of the list in states that have wood stoves.

7. A good Maine beer. Mainers love a good Shipyard or other local brew.

Alright, the list has started and I am sure there is many more things that you can add to it.
