Today’s R2S Dogs Rescued During Hurricane Florence

In one of the worst human acts possible, 6 dogs were left behind during Hurricane Florence when their owner took off, leaving them locked in a cage with no means of escape. Reporter Marcus DiPaola, posted the video below, of rescuer Ryan Nichols who saved the dogs as waters rose to incredibly unsafe levels.
