Weavers –Responsible for running a multi-loom assignment to produce first-quality material.  Will setup, operate and tend machines that knit, loop, weave or draw in textiles.  Must have the ability to maintain the warp, filling breaks and other loom stops as needed.  Necessary information is recorded on tickets, manufacturing cards and a computer.  Will inspect cloth while weaving to insure quality material is being produced.  Position requires constant standing and walking, frequent twisting, bending and lifting up to 50-75 pounds.  Weavers need fine motor skills with accurate vision and depth perception.

Sulzer Loom Technicians-Responsible for keeping warps running on a continuous basis through maintenance and overhauling of all looms.  Responsible for repairing and maintaining all mechanical operations of sulzer machines and make necessary adjustments and settings to assure proper operation and maximum efficiency producing first quality material.  Must have a mechanical aptitude, fine motor skills and manual dexterity, a prior job history in maintaining machine operation is preferred.  Position requires constant standing and walking, with frequent twisting, bending and lifting up to 50 to 75 pounds.

Warp Starter-Responsible for keeping warps running on a continuous basis, making adjustments and changing settings and weave pattern changes to assure proper operation and maximum efficiency while providing first quality material.  Must have a mechanical aptitude with fine motor skills and manual dexterity, frequent lifting, twisting and bending, along with the ability to constantly stand and walk throughout the workday.

Safety Manager-Responsible for the promotion, administration and maintenance of a safe, accident free, and healthy work environment in a manufacturing facility of approximately 200 employees.  Compiles and maintains reports to comply with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.  Must have excellent communication skills to work with a diverse work force.  Experience is preferred in performing and managing safety training, and the requirements of OSHA and DOL.  Must be proficient in Excel, MS Word, and statistical analysis. Staff will provide personal care supports, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
