Essential Functions
· Answer inbound sales calls directly from prospective and/or existing customers.

· Makes outbound calls to existing customers for upsell opportunities
· Makes outbound calls to prospects who have abandoned the sales funnel either on the web or in telesales
· Build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
· Expert in all T-Mobile products and services to appropriately right-fit customer to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Accept orders, close sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics focused on expanding the business.
· Leverage T-Mobile systems, training and tools to deliver an Un-carrier experience as defined by quality program and achieve targeted quality metrics & standards.

NEW DRIVER INCENTIVE PAY

The Driver position is responsible for accurate and timely product deliveries to customers on assigned routes for Maine's Largest Distribution Company of Food and Beverage.

Position Responsibilities:

•             Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product.

•             Drive to destination as outlined in manifest, in a safe, responsible manner and in compliance with all state laws and transportation regulations.  Notify Customer Service with any route changes, including time delays and non-delivered orders.

•             Check-in with customer at each designated account and serve as company liaison for the customer.  Resolve any issues with assistance from Customer Service.

•             Unload product and deliver to assigned area within account as directed by the customer.

Position Requirements:

•             Current Class A Commercial Driver's License, DOT physical card and safe driving record.

•             Basic math skills.

Performs payroll function to ensure accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures and state regulations. In addition, continuously strives to find efficiencies in overall function. Acts as Team Lead for the payroll function and provides guidance and mentoring to the Financial Services Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

•             Performs routine processing for bi-weekly payroll and ensures processed accurately to comply with corporate policies and procedures as well as and government guidelines. Payroll includes incentives and productivity pay for various states. Responsibility expands to performance of the payroll function while ensuring the function continuously strives for efficiencies.

•             Oversees as well as processes reporting to ensure control totals are maintained accurately for all payrolls --weekly, quarterly, and annual.

•             Responsible for establishing consistent processes to ensure off-cycle payroll checks are managed within appropriate guidelines. Reviews and authorizes non-standard payments, reviewing status changes for proper classification, and investigating and identifying payroll variances. Works closely with Finance to ensure reporting is in compliance with Corporate Finance standards and auditing practices are consistently maintained.

•             Responsible for expansion of HRIS payroll system to ensure its capabilities are continuously utilized to maximize payroll efficiencies. Performs routine analysis of system capabilities, etc.

•             Reconciles to include analysis of withheld taxes and gross earnings for quarterly tax reporting, annual W-2 processing and timely accurate submission of various other payroll reports.

•             Reconciles payroll withholdings for fringe benefit reporting.

•             Prepares applicable informational packages and works with auditors during internal reviews. Determines how year to year audit packages may be streamlined to provide more cost efficiencies (ie. auditor time savings, etc.)

Position Requirements:

•             Associate Degree or equivalent work experience

•             5 years of payroll experience with mid to large size employer

•             Prior supervisory experience preferred

•             Experience with computerized payroll systems, spreadsheets and word processing software. ADP payroll preferred.

•             Prior experience with in-house payroll processing a plus.

•             Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional Certification (CPP) preferred

•             Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with all employee levels

•             Participating in a collaborative design, implementation, and testing of multi-tier software applications and database systems using Microsoft .NET, VB, C#, SQL Server and related tools.

Position Requirements:

•             Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science  or equivalent experience

•             Maintain and verify accuracy of pricing information on our AS/400 system.

•             Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of price changes (increases, decreases, etc.).

•             Calculates price increases or other price changes.

•             Sets up new items in record keeping systems, ensuring all pricing and tax information is current and correct.

•             Researches and resolves problems related to customer pricing.

•             Establish and maintain a variety of manual and computer files and record keeping systems for Account Maintenance.

•             Receive new account information or request to update account information from sales reps and customers and update or set up new accounts.

•             Adjust cigarette price increases for customers.

•             Answer incoming phone calls, place outgoing calls, take and forward messages.

•             Create and maintain excel spreadsheets.

 

Position Requirements:

•             Two years of college or equivalent job experience.

•             Knowledge of accounting, sales and marketing.

•             Detailed Oriented with excellent organizational skills.

•             Computer skills are required to enter and retrieve data and produce reports (advanced in excel & word).
