Trophies for Everyone?

Do you believe every child in sports deserves a trophy, win or lose? My honest opinion is absolutely not.  What are we teaching our children by doing this? 

My goal as a parent is to raise my kids to be adults, not even bigger kids.  Part of being an adult is being able to cope with disappointment.  If we don't learn this as a child, when will we?
