Two-Headed Turtle Hatched At San Antonio Zoo

This is something you don't see everyday, a two-headed turtle! The turtle, named Thelma and Louise was hatched on June 18 at the San Antonio Zoo and will be on display starting today.Zoo spokeswoman Debbie Rios-Vanskike told the Associated Press that the two-headed turtle appears healthy and is able to swim and walk.

The San Antonio Zoo also was home to a two-headed Texas rat snake named Janus from 1978 until it died in 1995.
