Two Weapons Stolen From State Police Cruiser

There were two weapons stolen from a state police cruiser earlier this month.

Trooper Jonathan Russell's marked cruiser was parked overnight in his driveway in Norway and noticed the next morning the weapons were missing.

According to bangordailynews.com the missing weapons are a .38 caliber Smith and Wesson handgun and a state police issue AR-15 rifle.

No word on the cruiser, whether it was unlocked or broken into but if anyone has any information contact the state police at 624-7076.
