Who says you can't get anything for free anymore? Starting on Monday, April 22, the University of Maine at Augusta Jazz and Contemporary Music Program will present "UMA Music Concerts", a series of free concerts.The series of concerts will be each night at 7 p.m. in Jewett Auditorium starting April 22 and going through April 27.

The week will feature modern jazz, modern jazz-rock fusion, and modern Big Band jazz. The week features performances from UMA music students, staff performers, special guests including the Portland Jazz Orchestra and New York trombonist Michael Dease.

UMA Music concerts are free and open to the public.
