[UPDATE] Farmingdale Boy Has Died After Falling Into Pool

Two-year old Cody Campbell, who had fallen into the family’s swimming pool in Farmingdale on June 13th, has died. Cody had been on life support at Maine Medical Center since he arrived by LifeFlight.When Cody was first rescued from the pool, he had a pulse, but no brain activity. Cody had shown some improvement a few days after the accident, but then his condition worsened.

Major Ryan Reardon of the Kennebec County Sheriff’s office, tells the Kennebec Journal, that Cody’s family was with him when he passed and that they will donate some of his organs.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Campbell family.
