Video Of People Trying Moxie And Diet Moxie

The annual Moxie Festival is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Lisbon and Lisbon Falls. Moxie became the official soft drink of Maine on May 10, 2005 and was created in 1876 by Dr. Augustin Thompson, who was born in Union, Maine.

Moxie is certainly an acquired taste, it seems like people either really love it or just don't. So, I thought it would be fun to video some people outside the Augusta Plaza and get their reaction as they drank some Moxie and Diet Moxie.

The weather looks great for the Moxie Festival this weekend, some of the highlights include the Moxie Festival Carnival, Fireworks, the parade on Saturday starting at 10, the 5k road race and kids run, Moxie bike rally, fireman's muster, the Moxie car show and the 16th annual Chief Worumbo Androscoggin River Race.
