A huge congratulations is in order for country duo Waterloo Revival, as they announced Wednesday (June 1), that they have signed with Show Dog Nashville.

"So proud to officially announce we have signed with Show Dog Nashville. Huge thank you to Toby Keith for believing in us, it's about to be a HUGE YEAR and we wouldn't be here without you," the guys share on their Facebook page.

Waterloo Revival were previously signed to Big Machine Records. They join Show Dog Nashville acts including Toby Keith and Krystal Keith.

“I heard their music and thought man, they would be great on Show Dog,” Keith tells Music Row. “I haven’t signed any bands in a long time and they inspired me to start doing that again.”

Waterloo Revival's George Birge and Cody Cooper share their excitement to be working with Keith and the team at Show Dog.

“Toby Keith has been a massive influence on both of us through his music and through his regard for others. He is the rare breed of superstar who remains grounded in his roots,” the duo share. “The opportunity to work with and learn from him as well as his team and the entire Show Dog family is something we could not be more excited about.”

Waterloo Revival are currently on the road promoting their new single, “Racin’ to the Red Light,” and debut EP, Front Row. As Birge tells Taste of Country, it was important for them to showcase their dynamics as songwriters on the six-song EP.

“We’re not a one-trick pony. We can write all types of different songs because we’ve lived all these situations,” he insists. “The biggest thing for us was we wanted an EP that represented real life — the highs, the lows, the parties, the breakups, the love songs. We felt like those six songs best encapsulated that.”
