With Halloween over, it's time to start thinking about Christmas!  Well, assuming you aren't one of those people who've been thinking about Christmas since late July... (It's okay if you are...  We won't hold it against you)  Waterville's annual Parade Of Lights and the opening of Kringleville will take place on Black Friday (November 25th)

There are a few changes to this year's celebration including a new Christmas tree (the old blue spruce was recently cut down), a new location for Kringleville (the south facing window of The Center), and a Waterville Creates! Pop Up Shop.

According to the KJ, the parade will kick off at 6 PM (parade lineup will be from 4 to 6 that afternoon) and run from Head Of Falls north on Front to Union Street, turn south onto Main Street, it will stop at Castonguay Square for the lighting of the tree. After the tree is lit, it will continue south to the former Levine’s store lot.

Organizers say, so far, about 20 floats / vehicles have registered to be in the parade.  For more info about registering your group or business email info@watervillemainstreet.org or call 207.680.2055

Kringleville will open following the parade.
