WCSH-TV And DISH Are At Odds

DISH Subscribers have probably noticed that WCSH-TV, Channel 6, has been taken off of DISH. That means DISH subscribers could miss Sunday Night Football, The Voice and all of the NBC programming.

On the WCSH website, they say, 'we negotiate agreements for the rights to carry our station with video service providers like DISH. WCSH has agreements in place with all of the video providers in our area, including Comcast, DirecTV and Time Warner Cable. In fact, we have never had a service disruption with a major distributor before.

Unfortunately, DISH refused to reach a fair, market-based agreement with us, which is why our station is not currently available on DISH.'
