Wild Turkey Season Starts Soon

Wild turkey hunting season gets underway in Maine on April 28th with Youth Spring Wild Turkey Day.

Most of the state can hunt wild turkey starting on April 30 and got through June 2nd. The limit is two bearded wild turkeys.

On presshearld.com some districts in Northern Maine have a more limited season so check with each district you hunt in because some also limit of just one.
