Woman Confronts Owner Of Dog Left In Hot Vehicle [VIDEO]

BRAVO to this woman!  The windows weren't even vented and the vehicle wasn't left running with the a/c.  What is wrong with people?  Don't make excuses...no living thing: children, dogs, cats, goldfish should EVER be left in a hot vehicle!  It doesn't matter what your circumstances are.

If you notice an animal in a situation like this one, contact your local police department for advice on what to do next.  They will be right over and will handle it appropriately.
