Woman Finds Pearls While Eating Oysters
Toni Elliot decided to have oysters at the Puckett’s Boathouse in Franklin, Tennessee and it paid off for her. When she bit into one, she bit into something hard. She found a pearl in her oyster. It didn’t stop there.
She kept finding pearls, one, two, three, and more. She started pulling pearls out of her mouth and didn’t stop until she had a total of 50 pearls from a single oyster. Restaurant employees say from time to time people will find a single pearl in an oyster but never that many.
The restaurant cleaned the pearls and gave them to Elliot saying it was her oyster, so they are her pearls. No word on how much the pearls are worth.
