A World War II Navy veteran and his son received a nice salute in recognition of his service. The 92-year-old navy vet was wearing a black baseball cap with the insignia device of his service and name of his ship, the USS Lexington AVT-16.

The man and his son Bob Neiman were having dinner at an Outback Steakhouse restaurant in Sebring, Florida.

They finished eating and gave the server a VISA card to pay the $58.59 tab. The server returned with what they thought was the receipt and what they saw made their day.

The total had been zeroed out indicating that the restaurant had paid for the dinner. the receipt also had a hand-written message saying 'Thank you for your service!' and it was signed 'Very Grateful Americans'.
