Changed Up Chicken

Every now and then chicken can be boring. This is a quick and easy way to change up chicken. That's what 'Cooking For Guys' is all about. Use about a pound of skinless chicken and cut it into small pieces and sauté in a frying pan.

Add onions and green peppers into the chicken. As that is cooking, boil some water and add the package of Chinese noodles and bring it to a boil to cook for 5 minutes. When the noodles are done add the seasoning pack that comes with the noodles, stir in the chicken and vegetables. While the chicken and noodles are cooking, microwave snap peas or regular peas. I used corn this time, because I forgot to get the peas! It takes 15 minutes tops to make and feeds 4 for about $8 dollars, so it's a great value as well. I'll be back next week with a healthy 'Cooking For Guys' version of the standard hamburger and fries.
