Thursday Snowfall Totals Could Be Highest of The Season For Maine & New Hampshire
Hey friends, me again. Here to bring you all the info on the upcoming winter weather for Northern New England.
By now you're probably aware that we're in a very busy weather pattern due to the vortex indicator running north of the flux pavilion in the eastern hemisphere orbit. I don't know what that means because I just made it up. I'm not a smart man.

However, I do know how to read a weather graphic and I'm here to share with you what I have learned about the upcoming week of weather. For starters, before we even get to the Thursday snowstorm, I should warn you that Wednesday morning is going to be COLD.
WEDNESDAY WILL BE FRIGID!
Wind chills on Wednesday morning while the kiddos are waiting for the bus are going to be friggin' frigid. Both Lewiston and Augusta will feel like -12 degrees, so make sure you bundle them up nice and snug.

As we head into Thursday, that's when the next snow event hits. It looks like the snow will encompass all of New England during the day on Thursday and into Thursday night. This should be an all snow event with no mixing precip to speak of, but it will leave behind a good amount of snow. 3-6 inches for most, but I would expect some areas to 'over perform' leaving behind a bit more. We shall see!
Most areas can see about half a foot of snow
After this storm moves out, the next big event is going to move in Saturday night through Sunday. As of right now, weather experts believe the Sunday storm could drop even more snow on the area than the Thursday storm. However, the jury is still out on that one.

Either way, if you have plans to travel for the Big Game, keep in mind you may want to leave a little early to allow yourself some extra travel time so you can arrive safely at your destination before watching the refs, I mean Chiefs, play against the Eagles.
Sunday looks to be a mess on the Maine roads
