According to WABI TV 5 in Bangor, a Maine man has been killed in what's being called an industrial accident involving a forklift. The incident took place Tuesday morning at a rented building on Ames Road in Kenduskeag.

Officials responded to calls around 9:45 AM Tuesday morning that Gary Mullen of Veazie had been involved in an incident with a forklift. It is reported that coworkers immediately began to administer aid to Mullen but that he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, otherwise known as OSHA, has responded to the scene and are currently leading the investigation into what went wrong this morning.
