It was the fight that featured the 'phantom punch', the Ali-Liston fight in Lewiston, Maine in 1965. The boxing gloves of Muhammad Ali and of Sonny Liston that were used in that fight on May 25, 1965 in Lewiston are going on the auction block.

A very rare letter than is in excellent shape written by a passenger on the Titanic sold at auction for $200,000. The letter was written by a passenger on the Titanic saying how wonderful the voyage was. The letter was written just hours before the ship hit an iceberg and began to sink.

A woman in Western Pennsylvania had her $280,000 home sold at auction for $116,000 because she had $6.30 in unpaid interest.  A lower court judge made the ruling, but now, that ruling has been overturned by Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt.

Both the buyer and seller were anonymous, but a rare pink diamond recently sold at auction for $39.3 million. The 34.65-carat diamond was sold at Christie’s Auction House in New York and was the second highest jewel sold at auction. The diamond is nicknamed "The Princie Diamond", and had its origins in India where it was found 300 years ago.
