Some Maine police agencies have paid a ransom to computer hackers to get their police records back. They say they had no choice.

Charles Largay from the University of Southern Maine is training the next generation of cops on the beat of cyber crime. He teaches how to break into computer networks in order to stop it. Largay told CBS News that he teaches his students to think like the bad guys.
