Forbes magazine published their annual list of the richest people in each state and two of Harold Alfond’s four children are the richest in Maine.

North Woods Law is a popular televsion on Animal Planet that features Maine Forest Rangers just doing their job...and the country loves it! Officers Kris McCabe and David Ross will do the run! The new Maine General Hospital has a new name for the new regional hospital. It will be called the ‘Alfond Center for Health.’ The new name was decided recently by the board of Maine General Health. They wanted to recognize the overall generosity of the Alfond family and foundation.
