James L. Wiggins, 43, of Fairfield was arrested on Sunday on a charge of cruelty to animals after several people reported that he was dragging his dog, Bella, along Norridgewock Road.

The first ever Central Maine Pet Expo couldn't have been a bigger success! The weather was perfect with sunshine and warm temperatures. Fort Halifax Park in Winslow was filled with two-footed and four-footed animals.
