We have been having fun with this product this week during the Morning Buzz. It's an actually product I found at Bed, Bath & Beyond called 'The Mangroomer'. I actually have the professional model.

There has been a study showing that, historically, hurricanes that have female names have killed more people than hurricanes with male names. Looking at death rates from 1950 to 2012, of the 47 most damaging hurricanes, female named storms have averaged 45 deaths while male named storms have averaged 23.

Ancestory.com did a little digging to find out what popular girls names from the past you don’t see or hear much anymore. These are names that were common in their day, but aren’t as common now.  The names aren’t strange or hard to spell; they are now considered ‘vintage’ names.

How about you? Would you name you little princess ‘Yoga?’ Or your baby boy ‘Espn’? I like unique names. I think it makes one stand out and as an adult,  I think that can be cool.  As a kid, let’s just say a unique name can 'build character,,' hopefully in a good way. But the list of this years most original names has some interesting choices.
