$590 million Powerball Winner Could Have Ties to Maine. Maybe!

The $590 million Powerball jackpot was hit by only one person that lives in Zephyrhills, Florida. Zephyrhills has a big ties to Maine as it is the community in Florida that has the most people from Maine. In fact, this past February, the 60th annual Maine Day reunion was held. A Member of the City Council is Charles E. Proctor, he was born in Portland and graduated from Lake Region High School in Bridgton and his wife Angie owns Angie’s Embroidery. So don’t give up hope that someone you from Maine, may have won all that money.
