Country News: Kenny Chesney Helping The Virgin Islands With Relief Aid

Kenny Chesney’s house on the Island of St. John was destroyed during Hurricane Irma and true to his word he is helping the people of St. John. On tasteofcountry.com say Chesney’s foundation, ‘Love for Love City,’ has sent between 50 and 100 loads of food, water, emergency supplies, medicine, cleanup equipment and other basic supplies to the Virgin Islands. The supplies were delivered by private jets, helicopters, charter and fishing boats.

Old Dominion will head out in 2018 for their ‘Happy Ending Tour.’ So far therte are only has six dates in the U.S. which will start in February. According to tasteofcountry.com the band will play nine shows in Canada and will make stops in England, Australia and Ireland.

Jake Owen will release a Greatest Hits album, the first of his career. Owen selected 11 songs from his five albums from his decade-plus career. The release will also feature two new songs, ‘Subliminal Love’ and ‘You’re In It’ which he co-wrote. According to tasteofcountry.com the new album will be released on Black Friday, November 24^th.
