The animated film by Walt Disney, Frozen, has made $1.2 billion worldwide so far, now it will become a Disney on Ice Show.  The movie won an Oscar for best animated film and in March became the top grossing animated film of all time.

Frozen will become a Disney on Ice traveling show this fall following in the footsteps of many Disney ice shows that have in been in production since 1981. Unlike other Disney on Ice shows that use snippets of films and popular characters, Frozen will stay about 98 per cent true to the film since the setting for the film is already on ice.

Rehearsals begin in July and tickets are already on sale and will be coming to TD Garden in Boston February 13 through February 19, 2015.
